Surfacing the human depth in the work
Within research, fieldwork and communities themselves, there is depth that rarely travels far enough. We explore how insights, lived realities, and everyday stories can move from internal knowledge to public narrative. This includes experimenting with new formats that connect with new audiences, surprise, and resonate.
Understanding what builds Connection, Belief & Momentum
We explore the psychology behind how narratives shape perception, belief, and behaviour. From public support to funding decisions, and collective action, we are interested in how stories influence what people feel is possible, urgent, and worth investing in.
Building Community & Collective Reflection
Change does not happen in isolation. We create space for researchers, practitioners and organisers to reflect together on how narratives shape the futures they are working towards. Through dialogue, writing and collaboration, we support more grounded, plural and participatory ways of imagining what comes next.

Founder
As a trained behavioural scientist turned Design Researcher, the human side of my work has always been my favourite. Through design research, I’ve had the privilege of hearing people share their experiences, insights that are often beautiful, revealing, and deeply human. Too often, those stories start and end with me. They make their way into strategies, but their full potential goes untapped.
And in a moment when so many of us feel uncertain about the way forward, I’ve started to believe that these lived experiences might be a secret weapon. A way to navigate complexity with more clarity, empathy, and courage.
The platform was born from a simple idea:
that our future depends on our capacity to listen to one another, to everyday stories, and to the systems we hope to change.
