Founder
As a trained behavioural scientist turned design researcher, the human side of my work has always been my favourite. Through design research, I’ve had the privilege of hearing people share their experiences — insights that are often beautiful, revealing, and deeply human. Too often, those stories start and end with me. They make their way into strategies, but their full potential goes untapped.
And in a moment when so many of us feel uncertain about the way forward, I’ve started to believe that these lived experiences might be a secret weapon. A way to navigate complexity with more clarity, empathy, and courage.
The platform was born from a simple idea:
that the future of our work depends on our capacity to listen to one another, to everyday stories, and to the systems we hope to change.
